Depression is something that can happen to anyone. It directly affects your whole lifestyle in different ways and plays a significant role in lowering your self-esteem. Fueled by negative thoughts depression only gets worse with time if not treated.
Autism in most cases is present from childhood. Autistic people face difficulty with social interactions, verbal speech, and understanding simple concepts. They are sensitive to loud noise and tend to avoid all unnecessary physical interactions.

Manic depressive disorder.
Manic depressive disorder, or commonly known as the Bipolar disorder is an illness characterised by rapidly changing mood swings and impulsive behaviour. People with this disorder have no regular pattern of engaging in normal activities with the same level of energy.
Unknowingly, we are all anxious about different things every day. Anxiety is often not a problem. However, developing anxiety disorders is an entirely different story. Characterised by an unusual fear and natural reluctance towards anything with an uncertain outcome, anxiety can cause serious health problems if left untreated.
